Beautifully Crafted Homes
Robert A.M. Stern Architects has incorporated American white oak floors and modern molding to create a warm atmosphere in the studio to four-bedroom apartments.
Many of these apartments have floor-to-ceiling corner windows overlooking Teardrop Park or Battery Park City’s wide and sunny tree-lined streets; the building’s unique location also affords views of the twinkling Manhattan skyline or Hudson River sunsets.
In the kitchens, counters, backsplashes, and end panels of veined white marble meet oak cabinets with fluted-glass doors, making the spaces feel clean and airy. Ample pantry shelving maximizes storage, while each is appointed with deep Kohler sinks and Miele refrigerators, ovens, and dishwashers in brushed stainless steel.
There’s a confidence that comes with restraint. We used a light touch and fine detailing to provide subtle glamour.

Crafted with beautiful materials, the spacious bathrooms are private sanctuaries. White marble counters and floors, custom oak vanities, illuminated medicine cabinets, and Kohler bathtubs form calming retreats. Art Deco touches like Grigio Nicola marble trim and fluted faucets and showerheads, by Robert A.M. Stern Architects for Kallista, elevate the design.
